What people need to apply for "approval of the Tibet Tourism letter"

1, non-Chinese citizen ID card holders - China Taiwan tourists;
2, non-Chinese passport holders - foreign passport holders.

Note: If there are no overseas Chinese, Chinese passport must apply for "approval of the Tibet Tourism letter."

Note: The personnel has been canceled in Hong Kong and Macao tourism in Tibet must provide a "letter of approval of the Tibet Tourism". Chinese tourists in Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Region passport holders, "Home Visit Hong Kong and Macao" (previously issued in 1998, valid for 10 years) or "Mainland residents traveling to Hong Kong and Macao pass" on a voluntary Tibet tourism.
